INTERNATIONAL SHAW SOCIETY 2017 MEMBERSHIP FORM
The annual ISS membership fee is due on January 1 of each year, regardless of when you started during the year. As the ISS is a non-profit organization, the fee is tax-deductible in the U.S., as are gifts to the ISS, and may be in other countries as well. Membership brings an optional discount subscription to the bi-annual journal SHAW at $34 per year ($65 retail) and an optional discount subscription to the tri-annual journal The Shavian at $30 per year, which automatically brings membership in the Shaw Society UK (see https://shawsociety.org.uk). To become a member of the ISS or renew your membership or give a membership, please complete the form below (in edit mode after downloading it) and send it as an attachment to ISS@shawbiz.org or print it out and snail-mail it to ISS, P.O. Box 728, Odessa, FL 33556-0728. Before sending it, however, please pay the total in Step 5 below in one of two ways: either snail-mail a check/cheque in USD to the address above (include completed form) or pay with Paypal (our preference).
